                                                                         Safety Precautions

  1. Before operating the equipment, users must carefully read this manual and relevant operation documents, and strictly follow operating procedures. Non‑professionals are not allowed to power on the machine.

  2. This equipment adopts Class IV laser (high‑power laser radiation). Laser radiation may cause the following hazards:

    ① Ignition of surrounding flammable materials;

    ② During laser processing, different workpieces may generate other radiation as well as toxic and harmful fumes;

    ③ Direct laser irradiation may cause personal injury.

    Fire‑fighting equipment must be prepared at the work site. Do not place flammable or explosive materials on or around the machine. Ensure adequate ventilation. Unauthorized personnel shall keep away from the equipment.

  3. Workpieces and exhaust emissions must comply with local laws and regulations.

  4. Laser processing involves potential risks. Users shall evaluate whether the material is suitable for laser processing.

  5. High‑voltage and other hazardous components exist inside the laser equipment. Disassembly is strictly prohibited except by factory‑authorized technicians.

  6. A dedicated operator must be on duty while the machine is running. Do not leave unattended. Cut off all power supply before leaving.

  7. Do not open any access covers during machine operation.

  8. The laser cutter and associated devices must be properly grounded before power‑on operation.

  9. Do not place unrelated specular or diffuse reflective objects inside the machine, to prevent reflected laser beam from injuring persons or igniting combustibles.

  10. Operators shall monitor machine status during operation. In case of abnormality, cut off all power immediately and take proper countermeasures.

  11. The working environment shall be dry, clean, free of vibration, strong electric and magnetic interference. Operating temperature: 5‑40 ℃; operating humidity: 5‑95 % (non‑condensing).

  12. Keep the equipment away from electromagnetic‑sensitive electrical devices, as electromagnetic interference may occur.

  13. Operating voltage: AC220V, 50Hz; total power 1250W (power varies by model). Do not start the machine if grid voltage is unstable or mismatched.

Pre‑Start Checklist for First Power‑On

Before the first power‑on of the laser cutter, confirm the following items:
14. Input power meets specification: AC220V, 50Hz.

15. All cables are firmly connected; especially the high‑voltage connector of laser tube shall be placed on insulating support.

16. Both laser cutter and computer are reliably grounded.

17. Water inlet and outlet hoses are correctly connected to ensure smooth circulating water flow.

18. Air compressor and air pipe are properly connected with normal air‑blowing function.

19. No irrelevant objects are placed on the worktable.

After all above checks are confirmed correct, the machine may be started.

The manufacturer assumes no liability for any damage or loss caused by improper operation or non‑compliance with above rules.
