四管透明玻璃二氧化碳激光管组件

Hanlei folded CO₂ laser glass tubes are available in 300W, 450W, 600W, 800W power grades. Manufactured by Dongguan Hanlei Laser Equipment Technology Co., Ltd. The company holds business‑license, utility‑model patents and CE machinery‑directive certification. All qualification documents can be verified. This product is fragile glass optical component. Product specifications in the manual are subject to change without prior notice. Damages caused by improper operation are not covered by warranty.

Receipt & Inspection

This laser tube is made of glass and easily broken. It is packed with foam cushion inside wooden crate.

  1. Inspect outer package upon receipt. If package shows impact damage, check tube condition and notify the carrier in written record.
  2. Unpack gently, keep original foam and wooden crate for future return‑repair shipment.
  3. After unpacking, check tube body for cracks, and confirm mounting screws and wires are complete and tight.

Wiring & Power‑supply Requirements

  1. One dedicated folded‑tube laser power supply for one laser tube. Never cross‑connect or mis‑connect power units.
  2. Connect high‑voltage wire to anode (A+), low‑voltage wire to cathode (A‑). Wrap all connectors firmly with electrical insulating tape to prevent arcing and electric leakage.
  3. Mains‑voltage fluctuation may burn out laser tubes. It is strongly recommended to equip a voltage stabilizer for the whole system.

Water‑cooling Specifications

‑ Water‑flow rule: water‑in at lower port, water‑out at upper port. Use independent water‑cooling loop, make sure all air bubbles are fully purged from the tube.

‑ Cooling‑water must be clean and circulating smoothly.

‑ Recommended water temperature: 26℃ ~ 30℃.

Laser Tube PowerMinimum Water Flow Requirement
300W2.8 L/min
450W3.5 L/min
600W4.2 L/min
800W5.0 L/min

Acrylic Cutting Reference Parameters

Notes: For reference only; actual performance depends on material quality, lens condition and gas‑blowing effect.

For 450W / 600W / 800W: Increase power ratio appropriately and raise water‑cooling flow according to above table. Reduce cutting speed for thicker acrylic accordingly.

Important Operation Notes

  1. Adjust laser tube to horizontal level before tightening mounting base screws.
  2. Ensure anode‑cathode wiring is solid and fully insulated to avoid high‑voltage arcing.
  3. Strictly follow “low‑in high‑out” water‑cooling rule; eliminate all air bubbles inside cooling jacket.
  4. Keep cooling water clean, maintain temperature within 26‑30℃, apply corresponding minimum water‑flow for different‑power tubes.
  5. Clean output window mirror only when tube is fully cooled. Use lint‑free cotton swabs dipped in 95% anhydrous ethanol. Do not power‑on until alcohol evaporates completely.
  6. Use matched special folded‑tube laser power supply.
    • Rated working current for 300W: 32 mA, do NOT exceed maximum current.
    • Rated working current for 450W / 600W / 800W: follow specification marked on original tube label, over‑current operation will cause permanent damage.

  7. For air‑assist models: drain condensed water from air compressor and pneumatic two‑piece unit daily.
  8. Keep surrounding environment clean to reduce high‑voltage discharge risk and static‑electric damage.
  9. Laser tube is precision glass optical device. Disassembling original tube support bracket will void warranty completely.
  10. Any failure caused by non‑compliance with operation instructions shall not be eligible for after‑sales warranty service.
